Delivery Policy

Islandwide Delivery in Sri Lanka

1. Delivery Timeframes

We offer islandwide courier delivery across Sri Lanka. Standard delivery takes **2 to 4 business days** after order confirmation. Custom print orders require an extra 1-2 days for production.

2. Dispatch Location

All desk mats are inspected, packed securely, and dispatched from our primary hub in **Homagama, Sri Lanka**.

3. Order Tracking & Confirmation

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via SMS or WhatsApp to track your parcel with our partner courier service.

4. Cash on Delivery Guidelines

Please ensure you or an authorized person is available at the provided address to receive the parcel and make cash payment to the courier agent upon arrival.
